Harallamb Kucuqi

CEO

Mr. Harallamb Kucuqi is a proven professional in the Private and Government Sector. He has accumulated over 18 years of experience in Business Development, Engineering, and Project Delivery diversified on large scale infrastructure projects such as Nuclear Generating Site Deep Water Intake and Site Improvement Modifications, Turbine Generator Refurbishment, Retube Feeder Replacement, Small Module Reactor, Safe Storage, Nuclear Waste Management & Processing, Balance of Plant, and Asset Management projects across utility industry leaders located in Canada, China, USA, South Korea, and Romania.

 

Throughout this extensive experience, Mr. Kucuqi has developed core relationships with utilities such as Ontario Power Generation, Bruce Power, R&D Laboratories, Industry Suppliers, Manufacturers, multi-disciplinary Engineering Vendor of Record (VoR) Clients, Contractors, and governing bodies of Canadian Standards Association (CSA), CANDU Owners Group (COG), Nuclear Waste Management Organization (NWMO) and Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC).

Company Secretary

The Company Secretary manages the essential legal and administrative scaffolding required to maintain the company’s "Good Standing" under Cyprus Companies Law (Cap. 113). Based in Paphos, the Secretary is responsible for maintaining all statutory registers, coordinating board and general meetings, and ensuring the accurate documentation of corporate resolutions. By managing formal filings with the Department of Registrar of Companies and overseeing the execution of official deeds, the Secretary provides the administrative continuity necessary to support the company’s place of effective management.

Associate Director

The Resident Director provides management for the company’s operations within the Republic of Cyprus. The Associate Director is responsible for local strategic decision-making and statutory compliance. The Director ensures that all core commercial activities and board-level deliberations are executed from our Paphos headquarters. With a deep understanding of the Cyprus regulatory landscape and international business standards, they serve as the primary liaison for the Cyprus Tax Department and the Registrar of Companies, ensuring the entity maintains a robust local presence and follows the highest standards of corporate governance
